Cheeky, clever, and unashamedly fun—Steve Bennette’s Sex Toy Bingo is a must during your time at Trinity.

For the second year running, this quirky yet educational game night is open to TCD students, offering a unique blend of entertainment and sexual health awareness. While still relatively new to Trinity, Sex Toy Bingo has been a favourite among college students across Ireland for years. Bennette first introduced his version of the game in Galway during his university days, and it quickly gained a cult following, calling for him to expand nationally.

It’s worth noting that Bennette’s hosting style takes the event from good to great. He’s a natural comedian, bringing humour and ease to a room full of faint acquaintances playing bingo for sex toy prizes—a special kind of charisma is required to master that level of hosting.

One of the event’s most impressive aspects is that it not only promotes sexual health but also encourages personal exploration through sex toys, which—lucky for you—are also the prizes. In his interview, Bennette emphasised the importance of inclusivity in this event and that it is reflected in the prizes. Ensuring there are toys for everyone, regardless of gender.

Few events can bring 200 people into a room together as near strangers, and send them back out into the world an hour later bonded over Bingo and nipple clamps.

Beyond the laughs and prizes, the event fosters a sense of inclusivity and openness, offering a judgement-free space where everyone can feel comfortable and indulge in a bit of raunchy humour. If you’re looking for an event that is a genuine laugh, educational, and social, this one should be at the top of your list.

Returning this winter, tickets are expected to sell out quickly, so be sure to grab yours early for just €7. Whether you attend with friends or go solo, you’re bound to leave with new connections—and maybe even a prize or two.
