The 2025 Trinity Ball lineup has been announced, with Confidence Man and Jazzy headlining.
Confidence Man are a dance group hailing from Brisbane, Australia, composed of two frontmembers and a supporting band. They’ve been nominated for several ARIAs and a BRIT award for International Group of the Year.
Irish singer-songwriter Jazzy specialises in dance-pop music and is from Crumlin. She was featured on Belter’s Only’s hit “Make Me Feel Good” and released her first solo single in March 2023.
Other acts include popular Irish duo and previous Trinity Ball act, 49th and Main, Dublin-based indie-pop group Big Sleep, and DJ Prozak.
Trinity acts and Trinity Ball veterans to be featured at the event are Trad Soc, Trinity Orchestra and DUDJ.
“I had a lot less input in the lineup then I had previously imagined, and this is something that the college and the SU will try and fix for next year,” TCDSU Ents Officer Peadar Walsh said. “Still, I look forward to an amazing night. We are exploring every option to make sure it is as safe and accessible as possible.”
Last year’s lineup included Bakar, HorsegiirL, and Kingfishr, as well as DJ act Cassö.
Trinity Ball will take place on April 11th 2025 and tickets go on sale on Wednesday via a pre-registered Ticketmaster platform. In a recent Council meeting, Walsh said that there would be a Ticketmaster resale platform in place to discourage price gouging on secondhand tickets. Ticket prices will not increase from last year, Walsh confirmed: in 2024, tickets were €98.55, which included the price of the €91 ticket and €7.55 in booking fees.
