The Vaughan Bequest of 31 watercolours and drawings by JMW Turner (1775-1851) returns for its annual showing in January at the National Gallery. The collection covers all periods of the artist’s career, including topographical scenes and expressive images from his later European tours. A series of special events and talks devoted to Turner will take place during January.
