Michael D. Higgins

Pub with the lads then a bit of Coppers!

After matches on a Saturday, and maybe during the week….depends!
4. What do you do to unwind?
A bit of entourage usually hits the spot, or the driving range.
5. How does captain compare to being just a player?
I like the extra responsibility and people putting their trust in you, also I enjoy the extra decision making on the field. I don’t like taking orders so….
6. Where do go for lunch?
Can’t beat a Bolands or a 2 euro roll from Centra! None of these long walks to Boojum for me! My favourite roll is chicken, bacon, stuffing, cheddar and cranberry sauce.

Superdry…..I’m not a big shopper. Or Kildare village……I love a good deal!
8. Where do you usually sit in the library?
Basement of the Ussher
9. Is there a society you regret not having joined/ got more involved in?
I wish I’d been more involved in Young Fine Gael; always been interested in politics.
10. Who is your hero/ role model?
Paul Mc Feely or, as he’s often called, the water buffalo
11. What career path do you see yourself on?
I’ve always wanted to do consulting but I will probably start off in accounting.
