Two years after its humble beginnings as a burger hut in The Workman’s Club, WowBurger is set to open three new locations across Ireland, bringing the total number of outlets to seven.

These new locations are on top of WowBurgers original store and venues in Wicklow St, Ranelagh and Tallaght Shopping Centre.

A new restaurant will open tomorrow on Parnell St, while another on Wexford St will open next month. December will also see the chain expand beyond Dublin, with a restaurant on South Main St, Cork.

It appears that Dublin’s burger market – filled with restaurants like Bunsen, The Counter and Gourmet Burger Kitchen – is not over-saturated. WowBurger is holding its own and expanding almost twofold over the next six weeks.

WowBurger has attracted a dedicated fan base for its burgers. It’s half-brioche/half-bun is sourced from Coghlan’s Artisan Bakery in Naas, while chips are sourced from Navan potatoes.

If you’re interested in checking out WowBurger’s new spot, get to Parnell St by 4pm tomorrow.

Correction: November 29th
An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that a new WowBurger restaurant will open on Main St, Cork. In fact, the restaurant will open on South Main St.
